On a e-waste recycling call, Echo asks for {"pallets on this pickup"} and {"pounds one pallet weighs"}. The useful note is those two figures plus the day already promised.
At the sample numbers 2 and 1.5, the tool shows 1400 pounds. If the dock door is locked, that pickup is rescheduled before another pallet is added.
The caller is told a local company will call back. That company does the work. The street address on a partner request shows only after the company claims it.
